For Trusted Partners

The hands that carry the seed.

Our trusted partners are vetted, frontline organisations who know the people opportunity rarely reaches — and walk alongside them once it does.

Free to apply during the pilot phase. We may introduce a small verification fee in the future. All applicants will be notified in advance, and there will be no obligation to continue if fees are introduced.

Trusted Partners may also apply for Partner-Managed approval if they deliver opportunities themselves and can responsibly match them with people they support.

Verification process

Trust is the foundation of the platform. Timing may vary depending on organisation type, documentation and pilot capacity.

  1. Step 1

    Application

Tell us about your organisation, the people you work with, and the opportunities they're missing.

  2. Step 2

    Governance review

We review your safeguarding, governance and ability to provide privacy-safe updates against our partner standards.

  3. Step 3

    Reference checks

Two independent references from funders, local authorities or peer organisations.

  4. Step 4

    Onboarding

A short induction to the platform, your claiming dashboard and our partner code of practice.

How claiming works

Once verified, your organisation can claim eligible funded or Provider-Funded opportunities for someone you support.

  1. Step 1

    Browse claimable opportunities

Filter by type, location and category to find opportunities that may suit someone you support.

  2. Step 2

    Claim for someone you support

Confirm you have someone in mind who can take up the opportunity. One claim per opportunity.

  3. Step 3

Match the opportunity with the person you support

The platform supports the claim record and next steps.

  4. Step 4

    Confirm delivery has started

When delivery has started, you and the Provider confirm. Where payment is involved, the first payment can then be released.

Privacy & dignity

We track opportunities, not people.

Recipients are never publicly identified. We don’t collect medical histories, income data or case notes. Trusted Partners decide who an opportunity goes to. The platform records whether each opportunity is funded, claimed and delivered — and, optionally, an anonymised note or story about what happened.

  1. Opportunity claimed
  2. Opportunity allocated
  3. Opportunity delivered
  4. Optional outcome category
  5. Optional anonymised story

If you work with people who deserve more open doors than they're being offered, we'd love to hear from you.
